We have been using PracticePoint Manager to manage a
seven physician multi-specialty practice and have been very
satisfied with the results. We achieved an adjudication rate
of 95% on our 2002 billing and reduced our year end A/R to
only 5%. This was accomplished with only 2.5 employees.
The reports help us to monitor carrier contracts for compliance
and recover fees for our physicians. We recommend
PracticePoint Manager to any size medical billing department.

Walk-In Medical Center
Our three walk-in medical facilities use a single billing office
running PracticePoint Manager over Citrix MetaFrame. This
gives us centralized control and makes the best use of our
trained staff. We rely on the PPM management reports to track
productivity and profitability as well as to negotiate contracts
and to manage our industrial medicine division. Medical Office

it had a sophisticated database design that enabled us to
write our own specialized reports for the research we do in
